| Joule is a funny little horse. He is very competitive at the Intermediate level when the time is hard to get. He is like riding a sports car or dirt bike. We found that he is much more settled on pellets and living out 24 hours a day. For whatever reason, he does poorly on sweet feed. It is interesting to me how as a trainer you need to keep trying to find all the parts of the puzzle to get the optimum performance. |
